It brings patient online booking, provider diary management, automated reminders, digital forms, medical-history updates, dental charting, treatment planning and real-time reporting into one platform. Dentally Portal supports online bookings, forms and medical-history updates, while short-notice appointment filling and practice communications address day-to-day patient coordination. UK practices can also use NHS workflows, making the product particularly suited to teams wanting scheduling and clinical administration in one system.
Pricing is structured across three paid monthly tiers. Starter costs £125 per month and includes unlimited users, unlimited storage, approved-partner integrations, NHS integration, internal practice chat and postcode lookup.
