DeltaNET is an all-in-one real estate platform for individual agents, teams and brokerages. It combines lead and customer management with automated follow-up sequences, lead routing, property search, real estate websites with IDX, email campaigns, social publishing, listing advertising, market reports, analytics and training. Web and iOS access support agents working across office and mobile workflows, while CSV contact import helps bring existing contacts into the CRM.

Its pricing is organized around brokerage-focused models rather than a single agent subscription. Agent Pay includes three Profile accounts, one MLS feed and six Market Landing Pages, with agents handling their own upgrades. Mix & Match includes three Profile, three Basic and three Upgrade accounts, while the brokerage controls account levels. The Profile tier covers core CRM functions, including lead and customer management, activity feeds, a calendar, messages, listings and DeltaNET Academy access. Basic adds a personal website with IDX, automated home valuation, campaigns, market watch, seller reports and Google Analytics.

Upgrade is the tier for more advanced marketing and productivity features. It adds Delta Create AI content, MCFL AI newsletters, AdWizard listing ads, Delta Pitch CMA, message blasts, an email queue, income tracking, goals and Social Connector. Integrations include Canva, dotloop, SkySlope, Twilio, Zapier, Office 365, Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent, among others. DeltaNET suits agents and brokerages seeking CRM basics alongside websites and marketing in one system. Teams that want only a lightweight contact database, or that require a free plan, should look elsewhere.
