Deed review
A free, WhatsApp-focused CRM for agencies managing listings, contacts and deals.

Deed is a CRM for South African estate agents and agencies that brings WhatsApp enquiries, property listings, contacts, deals and calendar events into one workspace. It is suited to small agencies that want to centralize enquiry handling, import existing listing and contact data, and coordinate work across agents. The product includes pipelines for listings, contacts and deals, branded property showcases, agent cards, shared workspaces, roles and handovers, plus an audit trail covering human and AI actions.
The published plans show a free option alongside Early access, Agent, Agent Max and Team. Early access includes the full product, WhatsApp with drafted replies, Property24 and CSV imports, Microsoft 365 and Google calendar sync, and POPIA-first data controls. Free includes the full CRM, connected WhatsApp with drafted replies, a monthly allowance of AI actions, calendar sync and an agent card. Agent adds about 10× the monthly AI actions, full drafting quality on every message and usage top-ups. Agent Max adds about 5× Agent’s monthly AI actions, priority processing at peak hours and first access to new AI capabilities. Team adds an Agent-level allowance for every seat, shared pipeline controls, roles, handovers, central billing and workspace controls. The listed paid plans are stated as future pricing while Deed remains in early access and currently free.
Its ecosystem fit is strongest for agencies already working in WhatsApp Business, Property24, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar and CSV files. Property24 profile and listing import, CSV contact and listing import, and deduplication can support a cleaner starting point for teams moving into a shared CRM. AI-generated WhatsApp drafts still require agent approval, keeping a human review step in the response workflow. Deed runs in a browser, including on phones, rather than through a separately installed mobile app. Choose it if WhatsApp, imports, shared pipelines and agency coordination are central to the workflow; teams seeking a mobile-first installed app or a different operating model may prefer another CRM.
