Decisions is meeting-management software for organizations using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. It supports structured agenda creation, time tracking, voting, notes, tasks, decision capture, AI-generated recaps, and formal minutes. Teams can access it through Teams, the web app, desktop software, and native iOS and Android apps, with add-ins for Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Its strongest fit is a Microsoft-centric organization that wants meeting preparation, execution, and follow-up in one connected workflow.
Pricing covers four plans. The Free plan costs $0 per user per month with monthly billing and includes an agenda builder, AI meeting assistant, decision log, Microsoft 365 add-ins and mobile apps, and 100 AI credits per month. Basic costs $8 per user per month with annual billing and adds meeting briefs, personal debriefs, voting, automatic summaries, Teams meeting view access, and 200 AI credits. Business+ costs $15 annually billed per user per month and adds AI-generated agendas, recaps, and minutes, Teams collaboration, decision and voting workflows, Planner task sync, and 500 AI credits. Executive costs $29 annually billed per user per month and adds executive meeting features, conflict-of-interest handling, structured approvals, external case submissions, and unlimited AI credits. A 14-day free trial is also available.
Microsoft ecosystem fit is the defining strength. Decisions integrates with Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner, SharePoint, Power BI, and Azure OpenAI. Meeting content is stored in the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, while search spans agendas, attachments, minutes, tasks, and decisions. Mobile recording supports in-person and hybrid meetings, and transcription uses Microsoft Teams transcripts. Speaker attribution is available but off by default in Teams transcript settings. Choose Decisions for structured governance and follow-through within Microsoft 365; teams seeking a less Microsoft-dependent setup should consider another meeting tool.
