DealDeck review
Visual, trackable mutual action plans with CRM integrations and buyer analytics.

DealDeck is a cloud-based digital sales room and mutual action plan platform for sales and customer-facing teams. It creates shared DealDeck micro-websites with deal information, milestones, timelines, executive summaries, videos and other content. Buyers can view, edit and track action plans, while teams monitor engagement through analytics. The platform also supports handoffs from sales to customer success during onboarding, making it suitable for teams that need a collaborative timeline from first call through launch.
According to the published pricing, Starter costs €50 per seat per month when billed annually. It includes DealDeck creation and sharing, advanced reporting and analytics, CRM import for all deals, and organisation-wide template sharing. Ultimate costs €75 per seat per month on annual billing and adds a custom domain, custom brand matching, two-way CRM integration, unlimited DealDecks per month and Slack support. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Teams should account for per-seat pricing and annual billing when comparing adoption costs.
DealDeck’s strongest fit is teams that want a visual, buyer-facing MAP tied to CRM workflows. HubSpot and Salesforce integrations support importing deals or synchronising data, while Slack is available as an integration and as Ultimate-tier support. Interactive timelines, milestone ownership, executive summaries, business-case sections and engagement reporting provide depth beyond a simple task list. The web-only platform and email support may be less suitable for teams requiring desktop or mobile applications, round-the-clock assistance or a free starting tier. Founded in 2024, DealDeck is best considered by small, mid-market and enterprise teams prioritising shared visibility and branded buyer collaboration.
