Users describe an objective in plain language, and Datify creates a workflow plan, identifies the required tools and steps, requests approval, executes the work across connected systems, and reports the outcome. Its use cases include lead follow-up, scheduling, customer communications, pipeline maintenance, invoicing prompts, reporting, and support triage. The platform also includes department AI agents for sales, marketing, operations, finance, and support.
The workflow model is built around control as well as automation. Users can approve an objective before execution, review step-by-step execution reporting, and use business memory to retain rules and corrections. Unified customer profiles and timelines provide context across customer-related work.
