Our verdict on DataTree
DataTree brings nationwide U.S. property research into a cloud and mobile platform for real estate, mortgage lending, legal services and related professionals. Searches can start with an address, owner, parcel number or map, then expand into ownership, property characteristics, taxes, sales, liens, transaction history and recorded documents. Property reports, comparable-sale reports and valuation products support research at the individual-property level, while web, iOS, Android and API access accommodate different working environments.
Access is arranged through contact-sales pricing, with a free-trial contact form presented for the platform. The published $25 and $50 monthly subscriptions belong to a separate Online Store for individual reports, not the DataTree platform offering. Within DataTree, saved searches and advanced filters help repeat research, interactive maps show parcel boundaries and overlays, and FlexSearch searches text within recorded document images. API delivery extends property information and reports into other systems, although no named third-party integrations are specified.
The platform’s strongest fit is detailed property investigation: comparable sales, automated valuation models including Procision Power AVM, document retrieval and nationwide parcel research sit at its center.
