DataScope is a cloud platform for digitizing field operations through mobile forms, checklists, inspections, work orders, maintenance processes and operational workflows. It is aimed at organizations managing distributed field teams that need to collect structured information across web, iOS and Android. Its mobile coverage includes offline data collection with later synchronization, photo and multimedia evidence, GPS coordinates, digital signatures, task assignment, scheduling, notifications, dashboards and automatic reports. The platform suits operational teams that need more than basic form capture.
The published plans show a freemium structure. The Free plan costs MXN 0 per month when billed monthly and includes Web Forms, up to 10 users and storage for 1 year. Starter adds Excel export, Google Sheets, Zapier and Power Automate integrations, Group Tasks and unlimited users.
