CurbCrest is a real estate business workspace for independent agents, teams and brokerages. It combines contact management with branded agent websites, property listings, showing requests, open houses, deal pipelines, client accounts, follow-up plans, newsletters and an AI assistant. Website inquiries can become CRM contacts, while buyers can request showings, save properties and interact with an agency site. Its focus suits agencies that want core marketing, lead management and transaction workflows together rather than separate tools.

Pricing is structured by agency workspace and billed monthly. Solo costs $39 per month for one agent seat, a branded website, unlimited property listings, CRM and deal pipelines, Crest AI, and 10 GB of photo and media storage. Team costs $89 per month for up to five agent seats and 50 GB of storage. Brokerage costs $199 per month with unlimited agent seats and 200 GB of storage. All plans include the same core website, listing, CRM, pipeline and AI capabilities, while seat capacity and storage expand at higher tiers. A 14-day trial is available, and there is no free plan.

The feature depth is strongest around property-led follow-up: showing confirmations, rescheduling and reminders sit alongside open-house RSVPs, visitor sign-in, seller-update drafts, follow-up sequences and deal tasks. CSV contact import and complete data export support basic data mobility. Crest AI adds summaries, property matching and message drafts. However, MLS/IDX import is under development, and the published platform is web-only. Agencies that need an affordable branded website and CRM in one place should consider CurbCrest; teams dependent on mobile access, MLS/IDX workflows or established third-party connections may need another option.

    • Crest AI provides summaries, property matching and message drafts
  • Where it doesn't
    • MLS/IDX import is under development
    • The published platform is web-only
    • Third-party integration fit may be limited for connected workflows
