Our verdict on Crexi Intelligence
Commercial real estate professionals can use Crexi Intelligence to evaluate properties, monitor markets, and source opportunities. Its free plan is a starting point for browsing marketplace listings, listing unlimited properties, messaging brokers, and accessing basic historical listing data. For researchers who need ownership, financing, leasing, or comparable-sales context, the paid tiers extend beyond that baseline. The product is web-based and cloud-deployed, with fit listed for solo users through enterprise teams.
The tier progression centers on the depth of research and the ability to turn it into work products. Intelligence Select includes nationwide property and ownership data, more than 153 million property records, more than 46 million sales comps, historical financial and leasing data, and debt and financing information. Standard adds AI market reports, property-data exports, contact organization, and bulk property enrichment. Enterprise includes Standard features plus multiple team members, Crexi Fuse data integration, a dedicated success manager, and custom owner-contact credit allocation. The pricing page lists a $299 monthly option or $269 per month with annual billing for Select; higher tiers require contacting Crexi.
Its breadth is useful when a decision depends on more than a sale price: researchers can examine tenant and lease history, ownership portfolios, loan maturity, historical NOI and cap rates, and market trends.
