Crescendo Interactive GiftLegacy is a cloud-based planned-giving marketing service for nonprofits that want to explain gift options and engage donors through a branded website. Its materials can include donor stories, regularly updated content, gift-option articles, calculators and personalized donor illustrations. An online wills planner can generate a downloadable will, while widgets address donor-advised fund, IRA rollover and beneficiary-designation gifts. The focus is donor outreach and campaign support, rather than administering planned gifts after donors make them.
GiftLegacy is offered in Pro and Intermediate plans. Both include a branded planned-giving website, gift options and donor proposals, newsletters with segmented email management, bequest campaign support and two software seat licenses. Pro adds CresWill, the online wills planner, and lists two CresPro licenses; Intermediate lists two CresLite licenses. According to the vendor’s pricing page, prospective customers are directed to contact Crescendo Interactive for a demonstration, so plan selection requires a sales conversation. Choose Pro if a downloadable-will planner is important; Intermediate covers the shared website and marketing features without that planner.
