The workflow is centered on ongoing administration: tracking balances, scheduling payments, preparing disbursements and producing tax-related outputs. Teams seeking a dedicated annuity administration tool may find that focus useful; organizations looking for a broader planned-giving system should compare products with wider gift-type coverage.
For day-to-day administration, balances are calculated based on reserve-account earnings, and payment schedules can include upcoming-payment notifications. The software supports check printing and ACH transaction-file creation, plus state present-value and reserve reports. It can print 1099-R/1096 forms and create electronic-filing files. Multiple-charity tracking and four security access levels serve teams managing more than one charity or controlling access among users. Data can be exported to Excel, Word and text files.
Crescendo Admin interfaces with CresPro and CresLite, Crescendo's proposal products, rather than presenting a broad ecosystem of listed CRM connections.
