Creditsafe review
A company intelligence and prospecting service with web, API, and Salesforce access.

Creditsafe combines business information, credit data, prospecting, and compliance tools for sales, marketing, and risk teams. Its stated 430 million-record global database covers businesses, directors, and shareholders, rather than only individual contacts. Teams can build prospect lists using geographic, firmographic, financial, and credit criteria, then access them through a web portal, API, or Salesforce app. The range may suit organizations that need company intelligence alongside prospecting, rather than a service focused only on individual contact details.
The prospecting tools support list building and enrichment, including duplicate removal. Creditsafe Connect API provides access to global business and compliance data; other API capabilities include company, financial, credit-risk, director, shareholder, and corporate-linkage data. Salesforce has a dedicated app, and the product also supports sending data to CRM systems through the API. This creates a fit for teams that want business records to flow into sales systems, while the web portal offers another access route. Coverage and available fields vary by region, so buyers should assess whether the relevant markets provide the data their workflows need.
Packages are quote-based, and pricing and package details vary by market. Standard includes business credit reports, US Officer reports, media solutions, five international credit reports, monitoring for 100 US businesses, and monitoring for five international businesses. Plus adds international marketing data records; Premier adds fresh investigations as well as those records. Creditsafe Connect API is a separate listed plan with REST API access to global business and compliance data, PEP and sanctions screening, US Officer reports, and AML checks. Choose Creditsafe for company, financial, credit, or risk intelligence integrated with prospecting; teams whose primary requirement is verified individual email or direct-dial data should compare alternatives carefully.
