CREBuilder review
Combines commercial property CRM workflows with marketing materials and deal rooms.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
CREBuilder brings commercial property CRM and marketing tools into one online workspace for independent brokers and brokerage teams. Contact and company records sit alongside assignment, listing and buyer pipelines, automated follow-up tasks, and buyer or tenant matching. The platform also supports offering memorandums, teasers, flyers, BOVs, property websites, email blasts, maps, financial tools, and deal rooms. It suits commercial property teams that want to coordinate deal workflows and prepare marketing materials in one place; teams seeking a general-purpose CRM or a mobile-first workflow may want to compare alternatives.
The plan structure separates document preview from full CRM and marketing capabilities. Starter is free per user, but is limited to three documents, basic templates, online preview, and no PDF download. Pro Monthly costs $89 per user per month and adds CRM, pipelines, automations, matching, email blasts, deal rooms and NDAs, Listing Hub, property websites, unlimited documents, and PDF export. Pro Annual is $69 per user per month with all core features, one free custom template build, design assistance, priority phone and chat support, and early access to new templates. Additional team seats cost $49 monthly or $38 per month billed annually, with full Pro features and an own document library. The published annual Pro rate is the stated starting price.
CREBuilder’s commercial focus is reflected in its property matching, listing tools, and document workflows. Integrations include Google Maps Platform, ATTOM Data Solutions, Melissa Data, Esri Demographics, Walk Score, and other listed services; CSV imports support contacts or listings. Deal rooms use NDA gates, watermarking, and access controls. Email blasts can export provider-ready HTML, while hosted CREBuilder Mail delivery is subject to launch availability, account approval, its Email Service Agreement, and sending limits. The product is web-based and cloud-deployed, with email, phone, and chat support. Pick it if commercial deal materials and CRM belong in the same workflow; consider another option if mobile access is essential or if a free plan must include PDF export.
