Cove CRM is a cloud-based CRM for life insurance agents, telesales teams, and agency owners. It organizes lead records, folders, and pipelines while combining two-way SMS, calling, power dialing, appointment booking, calendar synchronization, drip campaigns, and automated follow-up. Its positioning fits high-volume sales campaigns such as final expense, mortgage protection, and IUL. Teams prioritizing lead conversion through calls and text messages should find its scope more relevant than teams seeking a broader insurance operations system.

Pricing is straightforward but starts above some lightweight sales tools: the Base plan costs $100 per month and includes full CRM and lead management, a power dialer, SMS and calling, local presence dialing, drip campaigns, and booking with a calendar. The AI plan costs $150 per month and adds Kayla AI voice dialing, automatic calls to new leads, AI transcripts and summaries, AI SMS responses, and AI lead scoring. A seven-day free trial is available, and calling and SMS usage charges plus taxes are additional. The published plans also show an annual option labeled “Save 2 months,” without an annual amount in the plan details.

Cove CRM’s strongest fit is a call-and-SMS sales workflow. Google Calendar, Facebook Lead Ads, and Google Sheets integrations support scheduling, lead capture, and spreadsheet-based workflows, while prebuilt drip campaigns and no-show rescheduling help maintain follow-up. The AI Call Coach adds transcript analysis and scoring, and AI lead scoring can guide automated follow-up. However, the web-only platform and the lack of verified policy or renewal management make it less suitable for agencies that need a full insurance CRM beyond prospecting and sales activity. Choose Cove CRM for lead pipelines and high-volume outreach; consider an alternative for policy servicing or renewal-focused operations.
