The product brings employee 201 files, organizational structures, onboarding and offboarding checklists, leave approvals, schedules, attendance, performance reviews, conduct cases, payroll, and statutory reporting into one system. A free plan supports teams with up to five employees, while paid monthly plans provide larger employee allowances.

Its strongest fit is the breadth of Philippine HR and payroll coverage. Payroll includes statutory calculations, government reports for BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, plus payout files for banks, GCash, Maya, and cash payments. Timekeeping includes clock-ins, overtime, attendance tracking, location-aware biometric verification, schedule plotting, and an attendance checker.
