ConvergeHub is a cloud CRM for small businesses and growing teams that need more than contact and deal management. It brings together lead scoring, account and contact records, visual sales pipelines, email campaigns, customer service cases, knowledge base tools, quotes, invoices, payments, billing, reporting, collaboration, and AI features. Its positioning fits relationship-driven businesses across professional services, accounting, legal, financial services, insurance, healthcare, real estate, and manufacturing.

The published plans show a free version alongside Professional, Premium, and Enterprise tiers. Professional costs $29 per user per month with annual billing or $45 with monthly billing, covering pipeline management, customer and opportunity management, activities and calendars, documents, collaboration, and customization. Premium costs $45 annually or $65 monthly and adds advanced automation, advanced reports and analytics, and a customer portal. Enterprise costs $59 annually or $85 monthly, adding advanced customization, unlimited automation, unlimited reports and analytics, and a dedicated customer success manager. A separate 14-day free trial is also advertised.

ConvergeHub’s ecosystem is suited to businesses connecting CRM activity with finance, communications, documents, and scheduling. Integrations include Office 365 Mail and Calendar, QuickBooks Online and Offline, Zapier, Mailchimp, Stripe, PayPal, DocuSign, PandaDoc, RingCentral, Twilio, Zoom, WordPress, and Typeform. Web access, iOS and Android apps, a REST API, and webhooks extend its reach. Choose it when billing and customer service belong alongside sales; teams seeking only a focused sales pipeline may prefer a narrower CRM.
