Contextive Workhub is a document, email, matter and client-work management platform for law firms, corporate legal departments and other professional services organizations. It organizes documents, emails, metadata, tasks, precedents and client collaboration around matters or engagements. The platform is designed for mid-market and enterprise teams that already operate in Microsoft 365 and need a shared workspace for legal or professional-services work.
Workhub runs in an organization’s Microsoft 365 environment and connects with SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and MCP. Its core controls include document check-in/check-out, version history, permission-aware search with metadata filters, full audit capabilities and tenant audit logging.
