A Spanish-focused agency CRM with matching, AI listings, brochures and portal sync.

Connectra is a hosted CRM for real estate agencies managing clients, properties and sales follow-up. Its core workflow combines client creation and CSV import, weighted client-property matching, scheduled lead reminders, property listing management, roles, permissions and ownership tracking. The product is positioned for agencies in Spain and the Nordic markets, with multiple interface languages, Spanish Catastro lookup, AI-generated listing descriptions, branded PDF brochures and white-label subdomains. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
Pricing is organized by agency rather than individual user. Starter costs €195 per agency per month and includes up to 6 users including an admin, client import and follow-ups, 50 AI listings per month, one portal connection and an own subdomain. Business costs €249 per agency per month, raising capacity to 15 users including an admin and adding unlimited clients, full collaboration, unlimited AI listings, Idealista, ReSales-Online and Kyero v3 connections, plus multi-branch control and permissions. Custom adds unlimited users and branches, custom portal integrations, a dedicated success manager, SSO and advanced security. This structure fits agencies evaluating team size, branch management and portal requirements together.
Connectra’s strongest differentiation is the combination of weighted property matching and marketing output. Agencies can turn client preferences into property recommendations, then manage listings, generate AI descriptions and produce branded brochures from the same system. Portal synchronization is relevant for agencies working with Spanish listings, while roles and ownership tracking support team workflows. Choose Connectra if your agency needs property matching, follow-up management and Spanish portal connections in a web-based CRM. Consider an alternative if you need a free plan, a lower starting price, non-web platforms or advanced security without moving to a Custom plan.
