CoGroAccounting is a web-based accounting operations platform for finance and accounting teams at small and growing companies. Its core workflows cover month-end close checklists, task assignments, due dates, status tracking, bank reconciliations, policy and controls management, secure file sharing, audit trails, sign-offs, CRM, analytics, and an AI assistant. The product is designed for lean teams that want structured close processes in a standalone platform rather than through native ERP connections.
The published plans show a 60-day Free Trial with full access to every feature, unlimited closes and tasks, all modules, AI assistant access, and no credit card requirement. CoGroAccounting Pro costs $79 per company per month, with a separate per-user monthly charge, and adds the documented close, reconciliation, controls, secure file portal, CRM and analytics, and audit trail modules.
