CobbleStone Contract Insight is contract lifecycle management software for legal, procurement, sales, government, and other regulated teams. It brings contract storage, drafting, approvals, alerts, reporting, electronic signatures, and integrations into one system. The product supports web, iOS, and Android access, and its published capabilities cover repository management, renewal tracking, templates, API access, and audit trails. The product is offered in three editions. Enterprise supports cloud or locally deployed use, configurable workflows and approval routing, REST API access, integrations, and optional eSignature and collaboration modules. Reusable templates, data merging, version tracking, and built-in IntelliSign address drafting and execution. VISDOM adds AI-assisted extraction, redlining, and chatbot capabilities. Integrations with Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and AirSlate SignNow extend its fit across business systems. Established organizations that need configurable CLM coverage should consider it; teams seeking a narrowly focused contract tracker may find its breadth unnecessary.
