Clubworx is a fitness business management platform for gyms, boutique studios, personal trainers, martial arts schools, yoga studios, Pilates studios and similar businesses. Its core tools cover class, workshop, personal-session and appointment scheduling, online bookings, memberships, recurring billing, attendance, member profiles, communications, payments and reporting. Web, iOS and Android access, plus branded member mobile apps, make it suitable for studios that want scheduling and member administration in one system.

The pricing structure is a clear fit for smaller operators. The Free plan supports up to 20 active members and includes online booking, payment acceptance, emails and SMS, a self check-in kiosk and attendance tracking. Growing costs AUD 109 per month and adds retail point of sale and 1:1 onboarding with a customer success specialist. Accelerating costs AUD 149 per month and adds multisite management, custom online forms and waivers. Established costs AUD 169 per month and adds member assessments, workout tracking, advanced email and SMS sequences, and automatic late payment notifications. A 15-day trial is also available.

Clubworx is strongest when a studio needs more than a calendar. Class waitlists, automated booking confirmations, membership plans, class passes, recurring billing, payment reminders, proximity check-in and business dashboards give it broad operational coverage. Integrations include Mailchimp, Google Docs, Facebook, Stripe and Innertelligence. Studios should consider it if they want a free starting point or a path toward point of sale, multisite operations and deeper member engagement. It is less suitable for businesses that need the customer mobile app included in the core plan or that will quickly exceed the Free plan’s member limit.
