Our verdict on ClubEasy
ClubEasy is gym management software for martial arts schools and multi-discipline clubs, with a particular fit for organizations that need waivers connected to daily membership operations. It combines permanent digital liability-waiver records with QR check-in and waiver gating for drop-ins. The broader platform covers recurring membership billing with payment retries, class booking, waitlists, attendance tracking, communications, shop features and member portals. Martial arts schools can also track belts, gradings, syllabuses and promotions. Members can use the web-based portal to book classes, check in, view training history and manage payments, while the product is available on web, iOS and Android.
Pricing is structured across four monthly plans. Starter costs $79 per month and includes a website builder, member portal, self-service trial and shop or ecommerce tools. Pro costs $129 per month and adds SMS notifications, advanced reports and AI re-engagement. Elite costs $189 per month and adds AI promotion advice, AI class planning, family memberships and multi-location management. Ultimate costs $249 per month and adds accounting integrations, a branded subdomain and priority support. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. The tier structure makes Starter suitable for core club operations, while larger or more complex organizations will need to budget for higher-tier capabilities.
ClubEasy’s ecosystem covers payment services including Stripe, Square, GoCardless and Pin Payments, plus accounting synchronization with Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB and communications support through Twilio. Member imports from Gymdesk, Kicksite, Mindbody or CSV can help clubs move existing records into the system.
