Closerr is a mobile-first CRM for UK merchant-services teams, payment consultants, ISO agents and field sales organisations. It brings postcode-based territory assignment, territory-scoped lead generation, route planning, lead and deal pipelines, merchant activation tracking, MID tracking, residual income visibility and team permissions into one workflow. Solo operators can manage leads, visits and follow-ups, while managers can review coverage, activity and performance across teams.

Pricing is structured across Starter, Growth and Scale. Starter costs £19 per month or £159 per year and includes lead and pipeline tracking, tasks, reminders, an activity timeline and mobile-first CRM features for field work. Growth costs £49 per month or £412 per year, adding shared pipeline and team activity, statement analysis, proposals and included seats. Scale costs £99 per month or £832 per year, with advanced analytics, earnings visibility, team hierarchy, permissions and shared pipelines. There is no free plan, so the product is aimed at teams ready for a paid CRM.

The strongest fit is a merchant-sales operation that needs territory control alongside pipeline management. CSV import supports merchant-record migration, while Google Calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Mail, Twilio and Stripe provide connections around scheduling, communication and payments. The web/API access model and merchant-focused workflow make Closerr less suitable for organisations seeking a broad, general-purpose sales mapping platform. Choose it for postcode-led field selling, route planning and commission visibility; consider an alternative when wider platform coverage or a less specialised sales process is more important.

Closerr pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Postcode territory assignment with territory-scoped lead generation
    • Route planning, coverage reporting and activity tracking
    • Merchant activation, MID, residual income and commission tracking
  • Where it doesn't
    • Web/API access limits platform coverage for mobile field teams
    • Merchant-services focus narrows fit for broader sales organisations
    • No free plan; pricing starts at £19 per month
