ClearProp brings property data and valuation tools together for lenders, investors, and other real estate professionals working with U.S. addresses. It supports pre-valuation research, post-valuation verification, and portfolio review, with property characteristics, listing and transaction history, tax and ownership records, photos, and comparable properties. The product is available through web and API access, and its stated market coverage is national.
Comparable analysis is a central part of the offering.
