ChurchPlan is a church management and event registration platform for parishes, ministries, and diocesan networks. It combines an administrator portal with member-facing web, iOS, and Android apps. Churches can publish public, church-only, diocesan, or private events; accept free or paid registrations; manage member records; collect donations; and coordinate calendars, announcements, education, and worship services. It is best suited to churches that need structured event publishing alongside broader church administration, particularly when ticketing and attendee check-in are central requirements.

Pricing separates core church management from event operations. The free Essentials plan includes unlimited members, online giving, automated tax receipts, a personalized church mobile app, and shareable donation links and QR codes. The Engagement plan costs $1,188 per year on annual billing, equivalent to $99 per month, and adds events and ticketing, QR admission and check-in, rich-media announcements, push notifications, and mobile administration. Education costs $2,388 per year and adds ministries and Sunday school, curriculum and lesson plans, attendance tracking, and a unified church calendar. Enterprise adds diocesan and multi-church administration, multi-campus management, API access and webhooks, custom integrations, and dedicated success and support.

For ticketed publishing, ChurchPlan covers the operational path from event page to payment and entry. Organizers can set ticket types, pricing, extras, and capacity; allow family registration with one-checkout payments; issue digital passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet; and monitor bookings, revenue, and live headcounts. Recurring series scheduling supports liturgies and services, while event links and QR codes support distribution and access. Churches wanting event tools within a free plan should look elsewhere, as event and ticketing capabilities begin with Engagement. Likewise, organizations needing custom integrations or multi-campus administration will need Enterprise.
