Its Groups module brings together group directories, public website display, recurring meeting schedules with term breaks, attendance registers, attendance trends, leader-specific access, messaging and newcomer-to-group joining workflows. The wider system also includes an address book, rotas, calendar, bookings, children’s check-in, giving, planning and newcomer follow-up. It suits churches that want group administration connected to broader church records rather than a standalone group tool.
Pricing is based on the number of people in the database, while the listed plans include all 10 modules and unlimited team members. Seedling costs £29 per month or £290 per year and includes free data migration and email support. Growing costs £59 per month or £590 per year, adding multiple branches, priority support and a quarterly data health review.
