Cherre is a cloud-based real estate data management and analytics platform for investment managers, asset managers, insurers, banks and other enterprises. It brings internal and third-party data into a universal model, then supports portfolio reporting, market analysis and connected workflows through dashboards, APIs and data egress. Its mid-market and enterprise orientation makes it a fit for teams that need to consolidate property data across portfolios, rather than a narrowly focused valuation or rent analytics tool.

Data handling is the platform’s central strength. Ingestion options include connectors, uploads, a submission portal and secure SFTP; schema mapping and entity resolution help align records, while automated validation, profiling and observability support data quality oversight. Teams can use geospatial, aggregate and large-volume API queries, and dashboards for asset and portfolio management. Connections to Snowflake, AWS, Azure, BigQuery and SFTP, along with a marketplace for third-party applications and datasets, suit organizations that want analysis tied into an existing data environment.
