CheerHit is a cloud and mobile platform for small and mid-sized cheer clubs. Administrators and coaches can manage rosters by level and age division, schedule practices, competitions and travel, collect RSVPs and absence reasons, and communicate through team feeds and messaging. Athletes and staff access the service through iOS and Android apps, while clubs manage operations through a web dashboard. Cheer-specific tools include competition coordination, document storage, attendance trends, and routine, formation and video sharing.
Pricing is organized by team and billed monthly. The Novice plan costs €12 per team and includes unlimited athletes, roster and scheduling tools, live check-ins, attendance, team communication, web and mobile access, and email support. Elite costs €19 per team monthly and adds billing and payments, advanced analytics and member management, a routines and choreography library, and priority support. A 14-day trial is available without a card, and athletes and coaches can use the mobile app for free while the club subscribes per team.
