It is a practical fit for organizations that want knowledge-grounded support without limiting the experience to a single website chat window.
Pricing is organized around chatbot count, monthly chat sessions, users, and channel access. Solo costs $14.99 per month and includes one chatbot, a web widget, an FAQ knowledge base, 1,500 chat sessions, and one user. Essential costs $59.99 per month, raises coverage to three chatbots and 5,000 sessions, adds document uploads, supports Wix, WordPress, and WhatsApp integrations, and allows up to three users.
