An affordable entry point for small teams needing AI chat, inbox coverage, and handoff.

ChatFlow is an AI customer-support platform for small businesses, growing teams, and enterprises. It creates chatbots trained on documents, FAQs, websites, and other knowledge sources, then deploys them through a website widget and messaging channels. The shared inbox brings together web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and email conversations, while analytics, sentiment analysis, and human-agent handoff support ongoing service operations. It is a practical fit for organizations that want knowledge-grounded support without limiting the experience to a single website chat window.
Pricing is organized around chatbot count, monthly chat sessions, users, and channel access. Solo costs $14.99 per month and includes one chatbot, a web widget, an FAQ knowledge base, 1,500 chat sessions, and one user. Essential costs $59.99 per month, raises coverage to three chatbots and 5,000 sessions, adds document uploads, supports Wix, WordPress, and WhatsApp integrations, and allows up to three users. Growth costs $125.99 per month with five chatbots, 15,000 sessions, Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM, advanced analytics, and priority email and chat support. Enterprise adds unlimited chatbots, users, sessions, and ticket resolutions, plus queue management, dedicated account management, and 24/7 priority support.
Channel and ecosystem coverage is a strong part of the product. ChatFlow supports website deployment through a JavaScript snippet, REST API and webhook connections, Zapier, commerce platforms including Shopify and Magento, website platforms including Wix, WordPress, and Webflow, and email services such as Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Yahoo, and IMAP/SMTP. SYNC adds AI-assisted email reply drafts. Choose ChatFlow if affordable, multi-channel support and knowledge-based answers are priorities. Teams needing a free starting tier, or a Solo plan with broader channel access, should look elsewhere.
