It is designed for organizations with complex, distributed estates spanning Windows, macOS, Linux, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, mobile, virtual and cloud environments. Its hybrid deployment model, employee portal and support for web, desktop, mobile, API and self-hosted environments suit teams that need visibility across varied infrastructure rather than a tool limited to one endpoint platform.

Its strongest fit is the combination of discovery coverage and operational controls. Network discovery uses NetBIOS, SNMP and ICMP, while agent and agentless collection can be supplemented with command-line and standalone inventory for restricted or offline systems. Duplicate-system detection and stale-device archiving help keep records organized, while warranty and expiry tracking adds a hardware lifecycle view. Software distribution supports MSI, EXE and Click-to-Run packages, and WSUS integration supports patch management.
