It brings program publishing, registration, participant records, enrollment, sessions, attendance, service delivery, reporting, memberships, volunteers, donations, finance, grants, consent management, and governance workflows into one system. The published platform supports web and API access, with self-service experiences for donors, volunteers, members, board members, guardians, and program participants. It is best suited to organizations coordinating multiple programs and constituent groups rather than teams seeking only a simple registration tool.

Pricing is paid and listed in CAD. The Essentials plan includes the full platform and two staff users, Growth includes the full platform and five staff users, and Impact includes the full platform and ten staff users. The published starting price is 99 CAD, while additional staff users are listed at 50 CAD per user per month. This structure gives smaller organizations a defined entry tier while allowing the included user count to expand across higher plans. There is no free plan, so organizations should assess staff access needs alongside the platform’s wider operational coverage.
