Caspio is a hosted no-code platform for building database-driven business applications. Its visual drag-and-drop builder works with a SQL Server-powered cloud database, letting business teams and developers create forms, reports, charts, calendars, dashboards, portals, and intranet applications without traditional development. Applications can be hosted directly or embedded into existing websites and portals. Authentication, directories, roles, permissions, and record-level security make it suited to organizations managing structured business data and user access.
Pricing is positioned for professional and organizational use rather than casual experimentation. The Team plan costs $300 per month with monthly billing or $270 per month with annual billing. Business costs $600 per month monthly or $540 per month annually, while Enterprise uses contact-sales pricing. A 14-day trial provides an evaluation path, but there is no free plan. The published plans make Caspio a stronger fit when a business application justifies recurring platform costs, especially where database features, permissions, and workflow automation matter more than a low-cost starting point.
