Our verdict on CartFlow
CartFlow is a web-based operations platform for food trucks, market stalls, coffee carts, pop-ups and mobile caterers. It brings event and market management, inventory tracking, staff scheduling, timesheets, packing lists, mobile sales recording, loyalty, QR menus, bookings and profit reporting into one system. Its strongest fit is for operators coordinating multiple trucks, stalls or events rather than businesses looking only for a checkout terminal.
The published plans show a useful entry point for smaller operators. Free includes one stall, events and sales, and basic reporting. Pro costs $29 per month and adds unlimited stalls, staff and rostering, loyalty and QR menus, and profit reporting. Business costs $79 per month and includes everything in Pro, plus team roles, Xero and Zapier, and priority support. This makes the tier structure easy to match to operational complexity: Free suits a single-stall setup, Pro expands capacity and staffing tools, while Business adds broader workflow and integration options.
CartFlow’s operational depth is clearest around events. It can track inventory across trucks, stalls and events, create packing lists and preparation workflows, and report profitability by event, product and stall. Offline synchronization covers sales, stock changes and event notes when connectivity returns.
