Our verdict on CampOrganizer
CampOrganizer is a camp management platform for camp directors, registrars, counselors, families, and participants. It brings online registration, onboarding forms, registration-linked pricing, invoices, payments, session scheduling, staff assignments, attendance, health, incidents, learning, reporting, and communications into shared participant, family, staff, and session records. The platform supports day, overnight, summer, after-school, holiday, youth, university pre-college, and multi-site programs through web, iOS, and Android experiences.
Pricing is built around usage as well as fixed monthly plans. The published plans show €0.25 per participant per event or €1 per participant per day, with registration, forms, attendance, schedules, participant LMS, communication, unlimited staff and parent/family accounts, and standard support. A 14-day free trial is available, and eligible programs that are free of charge and open to everyone may receive free access subject to individual eligibility review. The €525-per-month All-Inclusive plan adds the complete standard platform, web and mobile applications, unlimited sessions and events, unlimited staff and parent/family accounts, and standard support. All-Inclusive + White Label costs €4,000 per month and adds custom branding, custom domains, white-label applications, and staff training and LMS courses. Enterprise adds dedicated or isolated infrastructure, dedicated account and support contacts, and advanced security and access requirements.
Its breadth is the main reason to consider it. Families can access schedules, payments, and onboarding, while communication includes email, push notifications, a family feed, and permission-based chat. Reporting, analytics, machine-readable exports, courses, assignments, badges, certificates, and optional NFC or QR bracelets extend the system beyond registration. CampOrganizer suits programs that want one operational record across administration, family engagement, staffing, and participant activities. A narrower registration or scheduling product may be a better fit for organizations that do not need these wider workflows or that prefer a simpler pricing model.
