Cacao is a Google-first review management platform for multi-location businesses, including restaurant groups, retailers, healthcare practices, dealerships, home-service companies, franchises, and agencies. It centralizes Google reviews and Business Profiles, routes reviews to the correct location, automates requests and follow-ups, and gives teams location-level reporting. Its role-based access also supports organizations that need different permissions across locations, regions, brands, or countries.
Pricing is organized by location count. Single Location costs $59 per location per month and covers one location with all Cacao features, Google Business Profile management, and multiple users with location-based access. Multi-Location costs $49 per location per month for 2–10 locations, while Chain costs $39 per location per month for 11–50 locations. The Franchise plan covers 51+ locations with custom pricing through sales. Cacao has no free plan or free trial, but it provides a 30-day money-back guarantee. SMS and WhatsApp usage may also create additional costs depending on usage, providers, or country.
