  • Where it wins

    • AskBuzz can create campaigns, research companies, and build prospect lists from prompts.
    • Campaigns combine email, LinkedIn, calling, and voicemail drops.
    • Mobile apps, Chrome extension, and CRM integrations support varied workflows.
  • Where it doesn't

    • Credit limits vary by plan, from 500 per month on Core to 25,000 on Enterprise.
    • AI Employee pricing is presented as a launch offer rather than a stable regular price.
    • Buzz Dialer supports user-initiated calls, not an AI voice agent.

Our verdict on Buzz

Buzz brings prospect discovery, enrichment, research, and outbound campaign management into one sales engagement platform. Revenue teams can use AskBuzz prompts to create campaigns, research companies, build prospect lists, and add prospects to sequences. Outreach spans email and LinkedIn, with phone calling and voicemail drops alongside AI message drafting, reply generation, and sentiment labeling. Web, iOS, Android, and Chrome extension access make it suited to teams that need campaign and inbox workflows on mobile as well as desktop.

The product’s breadth is a central distinction: prospect and company research, contact enrichment, prioritization, and multichannel sequences sit alongside CRM synchronization. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Calendly, HighLevel, Zapier, webhooks, Gmail, Outlook, Amazon SES, and Slack. Core includes 500 credits per month, social and email outreach, calling, voicemail drops, CRM integrations, and Copilot workflows. AI Employee raises the allowance to 5,000 credits per month and adds AI Employee messages, AI targeting, unlimited data export, team collaboration tools, and advanced security and compliance. Enterprise includes 25,000 credits per month and five seats, plus Salesforce and custom integrations, a dedicated success manager, a dedicated support channel and SLA, and custom seat configurations.

The main trade-off is that plan comparison is difficult: Core’s pricing is shown with different annual and monthly terms, while AI Employee is presented as a launch offer that is expected to change. Buzz Dialer documentation describes user-initiated calling and voicemail automation rather than an AI voice agent. Teams seeking prospect research, coordinated outreach, and mobile campaign management may find the mix relevant; buyers whose priority is autonomous phone conversations should look elsewhere. The freemium model provides a way to start, but credit allowances and tier-specific features matter when assessing fit.
