BUGtrack is a hosted, web-based issue tracking application for software teams and organizations managing bugs, tasks, business issues, and project work. Its traditional issue controls cover categorization, assignment, filtering, chronological discussions, audit history, configurable workflows, time estimation, resolution-time tracking, permissions, reporting, and custom forms. Small teams receive per-user pricing, while larger teams can choose monthly unlimited-user editions.

Pricing is divided between Standard and Professional editions. Standard costs $99 per month and includes unlimited users, projects, bugs/issues, storage, browser access, email notifications, time estimation, and role-based permissions. Professional costs $199 per month and adds data import/export, custom fields, an email interface, and source-control integration while retaining unlimited users, projects, bugs/issues, and storage. Teams with fewer than seven people can use Standard pricing at $15 per user per month or Professional pricing at $30 per user per month. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

BUGtrack fits teams that want structured issue management without moving beyond a browser-based application. Email notifications and email-to-issue conversion support work intake, while CSV and Excel import/export help move information in and out of the system. Integrations include CVS, Subversion, Microsoft Visual Source Safe, and CRMdesk. The product should suit small teams that value permissions, audit history, time tracking, and conventional workflows. Teams that require access beyond the web or a wider integration environment should consider a different issue-tracking approach.
