BrokerageBox is a web-based operating system for independent real estate brokerages, with tools for brokerage owners, agents, and transaction staff. It brings transaction management from contract to close together with document review, commission management, billing and payments, cash-flow reporting, communications, custom dashboards, and an online real estate store. The product is particularly suited to small brokerages that want a shared workspace for documents, commissions, and core brokerage operations without starting with a paid subscription.

The pricing structure is freemium. The Free Virtual Platform includes transaction management, commission management, a custom virtual dashboard, cash-flow management, billing and payments, and an online real estate store. Engage CRM costs $39.99 per user per month when billed monthly and adds contact management from lead generation to deal closure, synchronization for up to 10,000 email contacts, static email drip campaigns with AI content creation, and universal contact and campaign tagging. Engage CRM Turbo costs $49.99 per user per month when billed monthly, adds dynamic personalized drip campaigns, Boxy AI actions, AI market insights for email campaigns, and advanced deal analytics with AI suggestions. The Turbo plan is marked coming soon.

Document workflows are a central strength. Teams can upload documents with drag-and-drop tools, use OmniSearch, review documents with OneScroll, and apply customizable templates and checklists. DotView indicators provide live document feedback, while commission disbursement, direct deposits, cash-flow tracking, and commission reports support the financial side of transactions. BrokerageBox has one listed integration, DocuSign Rooms, and is deployed on the web. Brokerages seeking a focused combination of document review and commission management should consider it; teams that depend on broad integrations, approval workflows, or audit trails should evaluate alternatives.
