Broker365 review
An invite-only brokerage CRM for leads, inventory, visits, and payouts.

Broker365 is a browser-based CRM for Indian real estate brokerages, covering the path from enquiry to site visit, signed documents, and commission payout. It is suited to solo brokers and teams that need lead routing, property matching, visit tracking, and follow-up in one workspace. WhatsApp enquiry capture and scheduled nudges support ongoing contact, while analytics report team performance and conversions. Invite-based access shapes how teams enter the product; it is not positioned as an open self-service CRM.
The published plans show Basic at INR 999 per user per month, with lead transfer, buyer, rental, and dead-lead tabs, OTP sign-in, audit logs, and a mobile-first dashboard. Standard costs INR 1,499 per user monthly and adds inventory tools, project and unit fields, bulk import, and Excel lead export. Pro is INR 3,499 per user monthly, adding a project-to-unit hierarchy, broker requirements, opportunity matching, and a reference database. Enterprise adds per-member permissions, SSO, advanced role policies, API and custom integrations, and a dedicated success manager; no price is stated for that tier. There is no free plan.
Its clearest fit is a brokerage whose daily work depends on connecting leads with available properties and coordinating visits and payouts. WhatsApp Business API, 99acres, Meta Ads, and MagicBricks integrations support that workflow, alongside Excel or CSV exports. The feature set also includes searchable audit logs and role-based access. Broker365 runs in the cloud, with email and phone support and a 14-day refund period. Teams looking for a native mobile app should look elsewhere; the listed platform is web, despite the mobile-first dashboard. A team needing broad, non-real-estate CRM workflows may also prefer a more general-purpose product.
