A broad real estate platform combining CRM, websites, follow-up, and transactions.

Brivity is an all-in-one real estate platform for solo agents, small teams, and larger brokerages. It brings together contact and lead CRM, automated follow-up, lead import and routing, IDX websites, property search, listing alerts, transaction management, marketing, reporting, and mobile apps. Agents can manage contacts, tasks, communications, listings, client searches, and transactions in one platform, while clients can access property-search and transaction tools.
The plan structure is designed around team size and capability. Growth includes CRM tools such as drip campaigns, Auto Plans, tasks, listing alerts, CMA reports, texting, a dialer, email tools, lead parsing, and Brivity GO, along with transaction management and an IDX website. Accelerate supports teams of up to 5 users and adds advanced lead capture, text lead capture, and lead synchronization. Expand is for teams of up to 10 users and adds advanced lead routing, lead ponds, reporting, and mobile apps. Mega supports teams of up to 25 users with the same broad operational focus, while Custom is built for teams with 25 or more users. Pricing requires contacting the vendor, and annual billing discounts are mentioned.
Brivity’s strongest fit is for brokerages that want their CRM connected to lead distribution, follow-up, websites, marketing, transactions, and performance reporting. Its integrations include Zapier, Gmail, and the Brivity API, with web, iOS, and Android access. Brivity GO supports mobile CRM access, while Brivity Home supports client property searches. Buyers seeking a single real estate operating platform should consider it; teams that only need a focused CRM or a simpler tool may prefer a narrower product.
