Our verdict on Breezeworks
Breezeworks is field-service management software for electrical contractors and other service businesses. It brings scheduling and dispatching together with customer records, job history, estimates, proposals, invoicing, payment processing, automated reminders, custom forms, and customer communications. Its iOS and Android apps support appointment management, job-site invoicing, payments, map-based team tracking, messaging, customer history, and job notes. The product is best suited to mobile-first solo operators and small teams that need a shared operational system rather than a narrowly focused invoicing tool.
The published plans begin with Solo at $31.99 per month, billed monthly. Solo includes cross-platform scheduling, customer management, professional invoicing, estimates and proposals, mobile and desktop apps, and payment processing. Team costs $41.99 per month and adds team scheduling and permissions, team GPS tracking, real-time dispatching, team messaging, job mapping, and advanced reporting. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, API access, SSO and advanced security, custom onboarding and training, plus SLA and priority support. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. The plan structure makes Solo a clear fit for independent contractors, while Team is the more relevant tier for multi-technician operations.
Breezeworks also connects with Square, Breezeworks Payments, and QuickBooks, and includes AI chat for lead generation, email and text automations, reminders, and customer-facing tools. Those capabilities give small service businesses a practical combination of field coordination, payment collection, and customer communication across mobile and desktop. Contractors whose main needs are scheduling, dispatch, estimates, payments, and team visibility should find the feature mix well aligned. Businesses whose buying decision centers on work orders or job costing should compare alternatives before choosing, especially if those workflows are essential to daily operations.
