Breche is cloud-based construction management software for contractors, including restoration companies handling water, fire, mold, and insurance-driven work. It brings together CRM, estimates, proposals, invoicing, job costing, scheduling, dispatch, time tracking, documents, photos, client portals, vendor portals, and e-signatures. Restoration workflows include timestamped field photos, adjuster-facing portal links, multi-section mitigation and rebuild estimates, signed change orders, progress invoicing, and claim-related payment tracking. It is aimed at independent contractors, growing companies, established operations, and larger multi-location teams.
Pricing scales by team size and billing cadence. Solo costs $79 per month when billed annually or $99 monthly, with all 15+ modules, portals, unlimited e-signatures, route optimization, AI-powered tools, and unlimited projects and storage. Team costs $169 annually or $199 monthly and includes five users, while Business costs $339 annually or $399 monthly and includes 15 users. Both add users.
