Breche is cloud-based construction management software for contractors, including restoration companies handling water, fire, mold, and insurance-driven work. It brings together CRM, estimates, proposals, invoicing, job costing, scheduling, dispatch, time tracking, documents, photos, client portals, vendor portals, and e-signatures. Restoration workflows include timestamped field photos, adjuster-facing portal links, multi-section mitigation and rebuild estimates, signed change orders, progress invoicing, and claim-related payment tracking. It is aimed at independent contractors, growing companies, established operations, and larger multi-location teams.

Pricing scales by team size and billing cadence. Solo costs $79 per month when billed annually or $99 monthly, with all 15+ modules, portals, unlimited e-signatures, route optimization, AI-powered tools, and unlimited projects and storage. Team costs $169 annually or $199 monthly and includes five users, while Business costs $339 annually or $399 monthly and includes 15 users. Both add users. Enterprise includes everything in Business, unlimited users, dedicated onboarding, and priority support. A 14-day free trial is available.

Breche’s strongest fit is for firms that want a broad operational system covering estimates, payments, field documentation, scheduling, and crew time tracking. Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook integrations support calendar workflows, while GPS-verified punches, route optimization, and portals extend the platform into field operations and client communication. The trade-off is restoration-specific depth: Xactimate export is not included, and the web-only platform may not suit teams seeking broader platform reach. Choose Breche for consolidated estimating, payment, and project coordination; consider an alternative if Xactimate export is essential.

Breche pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Estimates, job costing, proposals, invoicing, and payments in one platform
    • Timestamped photos, portals, dispatch, GPS time tracking, and calendar sync
    • AI tools, unlimited projects, storage, and e-signatures on Solo
  • Where it doesn't
    • Web-only access limits platform flexibility
    • No Xactimate export for restoration estimating workflows
    • No free plan; paid access starts at $79 monthly when billed annually
