Bowimi is a field sales and account-management CRM for FMCG and CPG brands, distributors, breweries, and sales agencies. It brings prospect discovery, lead creation, customer and territory management, visit scheduling, route optimisation, surveys, mobile data collection, wholesale transfer orders, and reporting into one system. Representatives can find prospects, plan visits, record field information, submit orders, and follow up from web, iOS, and Android apps. Managers get activity feeds, dashboards, and reports covering locations, visits, sales activity, and team performance.

The published plans include Monthly, Annual, and Enterprise. According to the vendor's pricing page, the Monthly plan costs £64 per user per month when billed monthly and includes route planning and optimisation, Bowimi Map prospecting, wholesale transfer orders, custom trigger-based data capture, a task manager, and dynamic insights dashboards. There is no free plan. Pricing is displayed in GBP and excludes VAT, with a currency selector available. Buyers should evaluate the Annual and Enterprise options against their team structure and commercial requirements before choosing a plan.

Bowimi's strongest fit is a field sales operation that needs more than visit scheduling. Its feature set covers territory ownership, custom surveys, real-time activity feeds, automated PDF and CSV reporting, prospecting AI recommendations, and Google Maps integration. Additional integrations include Breww, BrewMan, Xero, Elm, Zapier, and Power BI, giving the product a practical connection layer for sales, finance, workflow automation, and analytics. Teams focused on FMCG, CPG, distribution, brewing, or sales-agency workflows should find the breadth relevant. A simpler scheduling team, or one needing order capture beyond wholesale transfer orders, should consider a more narrowly matched alternative.
