Our verdict on BoomScreen
BoomScreen is a configurable tenant-screening and applicant-underwriting product for property managers across multifamily, single-family, and manufactured housing. It combines credit scores and reports, income verification, identity checks, criminal reports, housing-court and eviction reports, rental-history verification, and pet screening. Property managers can build application templates around selected screening services, while applicant communications, role-based permissions, decision workflows, fraud detection, and adverse-action letter templates support the wider application process.
