Our verdict on Bluewater Control

Bluewater Control is a cloud SaaS platform for organisations managing mobile devices, telecom services and carrier expenses. It targets mid-market and enterprise teams, including organisations with complex mobile fleets and telecom spend. The platform brings multi-carrier billing consolidation, bill analysis, device and service lifecycle records, cost-centre allocation, usage dashboards, ordering catalogues, approvals and general-ledger file generation into one operating model. Its lifecycle coverage spans procurement through retirement, linking services and charges to users and organisational entities.

Platform fit is a central strength. Bluewater Control integrates with Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE for unified endpoint management, while its ServiceNow connector supports service workflows. Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory support identity connections, and the product also lists CRM systems, MDM platforms, ERP systems, APIs and webhooks among its integration options. Rules-based ordering and approvals, workflow automation for billing and lifecycle events, and reporting dashboards give IT, finance and procurement teams shared controls rather than isolated telecom records. Single sign-on and mandatory multi-factor authentication are included, with ISO 27001 listed in the compliance posture.

The published commercial model is monthly SaaS with a setup fee, and purchasing requires contacting sales. That approach suits organisations seeking a tailored deployment for substantial wireless operations, but it gives smaller teams less self-service buying clarity. Bluewater Control is delivered through the cloud and web, so it is most appropriate for teams standardising browser-based processes across carriers, cost centres and device fleets. Organisations wanting policy-driven allocation, auditing, usage analytics and enterprise integrations should shortlist it; teams seeking a lightweight, self-serve wireless expense tool or round-the-clock support should look elsewhere.
