Block 64 is an IT asset management and SaaS management platform for lean IT teams and larger organizations that need centralized software, cloud, hardware, licensing, compliance, and security visibility. It automatically discovers SaaS applications, tracks usage by application and user, connects subscriptions with users and costs, identifies unused or underused licenses, and organizes renewal, contract, and entitlement information. Discovery supports agentless, virtual-appliance, remote-agent, and vendor-API methods across web, Windows, Linux, macOS, and API environments.
Its strongest fit is an organization with a broad technology estate and a need to connect application discovery with financial and governance work. Block 64 integrates with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, Jamf Pro, BambooHR, and Zoom. Reporting covers cloud inventory and spend, software license reconciliation, compliance analysis, security, and vulnerabilities. Starter includes SaaS and cloud discovery, prebuilt reports, one collector, and support through chat and live channels; Pro adds hybrid discovery, five collectors, custom reports, and API integration.
Pricing is device-based rather than per-user. Starter costs $349 per month with annual billing for up to 500 devices, while Pro costs $749 per month with annual billing for up to 1,000 devices. Enterprise supports over 1,000 devices, unlimited collectors, custom reporting, and custom configuration support. A 14-day free trial or assessment provides an evaluation path, but there is no permanent free plan. Choose Block 64 when discovery depth, usage analytics, license reclamation, renewal tracking, and broad inventory coverage matter more than a low starting price. Organizations seeking AI features or a lower-commitment pricing model should consider alternatives.
