Bizapp Service Desk is a service management platform for managed service providers, IT resellers, and growing businesses. It brings incident, asset, task, SLA, escalation, reporting, and support workflows into one service desk. Teams can manage tickets for multiple clients, define response and resolution targets, apply configurable workflows, and control access by role. Ticket intake covers email, phone, portal, and walk-in channels, while deployment options include web and self-hosted environments.

Pricing is annual and per user. Starter costs INR 5,000 per user per year and includes all core features, 20 GB of storage, email support, and chat support. Pro costs INR 6,000 per user per year, adding 30 GB of storage, priority email support, and help center access alongside chat support. Enterprise costs INR 8,000 per user per year and adds 60 GB of storage, phone and email support, help center access, and on-premise deployment. All three plans include the core service desk capabilities, so the main paid-tier differences are storage, support options, and deployment.

Its strongest fit is for teams that need structured SLA management rather than a broad integration ecosystem. Multi-level escalation rules, scheduled reports with HTML, PDF, XLS, and CSV export, IT and non-IT asset inventory, REST APIs, and webhooks support operational control and reporting. The listed integrations are narrower than those of products with wider native coverage, which may make Bizapp Service Desk less suitable for organizations requiring many prebuilt connections. Choose it for Indian-market service desks focused on ticketing, assets, escalations, and SLA reporting; consider an alternative when integration breadth is the primary requirement.

  • Where it doesn't

    • Integration options listed are limited to email, APIs, and webhooks
    • On-premise deployment is available only on the Enterprise plan
